How long will it take my carpets to dry after cleaning?
There are many different elements that can affect the drying time of carpets. We generally advise that carpets will be dry within 2 to 4 hours of cleaning.
What areas do you cover?
The main areas we cover are London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Essex.
Are there any extra charges?
No the price we quote is the price you pay.
How soon can you send a carpet cleaner out?
This will depend on our availability at the time. We can carry out work on a same day bases however to avoid disappointment we suggest at least two days notice.
What methods of carpet cleaning do you use?
We use a method called hot water extraction. This method is the most effective way of providing a deep and intensive clean.
Is there a minimum charge?
Yes, we operate a minimum charge of £65.00
Do you do stain protection?
Yes, we can provide stain protection often referred to as "scotchguarding".
What are your office working hours?
08:00 - 19:00 Monday to Saturday
09:00 - 12:00 Sunday

We operate 24hours a day
